The Wyckoff Family YMCA’s Shining Star Express Program offers multi-disciplinary programs in
a supportive environment. Indiv
idual and social growth is nurtured in children ages 18 months-
adult. Developmental and physical skills are developed through creative art therapies.
Little Star Station and Shining Star Express classes offer interactive play, group activities of movement, music therapy, art, computer games, and cooking with specific age groups. Other special needs classes include: Shining Star Swim, Jazz/Hip Hop Workshop, and Drama Workshop. Yoga, Evening Chat, and Social Club are available for teens through young adults. Mom & Tot classes are available for children from 18 months. All programs culminate with a Shining Star performance each year, where all special needs kids find their special place on stage!

The Wyckoff Family YMCA program "Billy's Buddies," is an outreach program for children with
Down syndrome and their families. Billy's Buddies is a comprehensive program engaging young
children with Down syndrome while providing their families with valuable resources, and
